At she achieve studio, we offer each of our four pillars as a standalone experience, so you can engage with the practice with a beginning, middle and end while that experience or training meets you where you are, however you show up.

Holistic Yoga (Tamas – earth, grounding & stillness) develops internal awareness, nervous system regulation, and body-mind connection.

@ SAS we travel our 6 foot bed of over 100 pounds of broken glass to you or at our space. Edge of Comfort Experiences are Redefining what fear stands for and teaches us all.
Fort Mac Firewalk in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada 2023. SAS has offered Fort McMurray four Firewalks over the past 5 years, to create a safe and integral space to learn from the past not live in it. As our community has directly felt the effects of wildfire devastation and growth, we also learn, avoidance breeds fear.

HOLISTIC TRAUMA CENTERED YOGA
is embodied practice for nervous system conditioning, structural integrity, and internal awareness. This includes devoted and private yoga training, free form somatic movement, breathwork, and structured stillness. It is not performance-based yoga.
